PAPARAZZI

With it’s origins shrouded in mystery, Paparazzi is still a staple in many bars. A true Norwegian classic sort of speak! While the original recipe would almost certainly call for SourMix as an ingredient we choose to make it with fresh fruit ingredients. Sweet and sour at the same time.


 

PAPARAZZI

Highball glass


2cl BACARDÍ Limón

2cl BACARDÍ Razz

3cl Lemon Juice

1cl Simple Syrup

Sprite

(Alternatively, use 4cl Sour Mix to replace the Lemon juice and simple syrup)


Method

Combine all ingredients except Sprite in shaker. Fill shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a Highball glass filled with ice. Top with Sprite and garnish with a lemon slice and a raspberry.



 

BACARDÍ LIMÓN


BACARDÍ Limón infuses BACARDÍ Rum with the essense of citrus fruits creating notes of lemon, lime and grapefruit. This vibrant combination blends into a very modern citrus flavour with real bite.


Using only essential oils from the citrus peel, these zesty flavours are perfect for on the rocks drinking or as a refreshing mixer.
