Another of the ultimate modern classic cocktails, this cocktail started its life in 1983 at the hands of Dick Bradsell. It was born off an order where the request was to «wake me up, and f**k me up» and was originally named the Vodka Espresso.
During the nineties Dick took the original recipe and tweaked it to have less sugar and be more balanced and was named the Espresso martini, this made this cocktail arguably one of the best cocktails to come from the nineties.
